My holidays are gonna end tomorrow, that's why the title :(

I've been on leave for a whole week now, I guess that's what's good about my job. And I'll have another block leave period in Dec. Hopefully I'll get to beg Dad to bring me somewhere, in Asia again but at least 1 more winter trip before I leave for Aussieland! ^^;;;

Been subbing lots of shows recently, okay fine, 2 but.. It was tiring enough! 2 hours worth of video each but.. almost a whole day's worth of work! 1st Premium Event in Japan & BGF outdoor which was OH-SO-FRIGGIN-HILARIOUS. Cannot tahan ah ♥ 韓庚啊你爲什麽那麽可愛!! And Kyu's "這太不像話了!" AJHSJHDJSHDJHSKFJKDJFKDJF. Nothing else except that would really cheer up any bad day of mine. Seriously.

The whole week was pretty fulfilling I'd say and I've been really really busy lately..
22 Aug was spent at Kbox with Royals! Haha.. It was more of binging on the buffet food. :D

30 Aug was steamboat dinner with Royals again! Ahhh it was certainly pure fun just hanging out with them. Lol, Kency Chow thought plastic surgery was putting plastic sheets on your upper eyelid to create double eyelids. So if anything goes wrong, she said, "JUST REMOVE THE PLASTIC LOR!" -__-'''

Went to Comex on the same day and went back on Sunday cos I really wanted to get the Audio Technica headphones. And luckily I went back the next day because.. It was on a Buy-1-Get-1-Free offer! I would have stabbed myself if I bought it on Sat.. Lol. Tea with SJB at Hong Kong Cafe was ♥ :^D

Today met up with Marche Gang for movie and dinner!! :D
Wheeee~ Except that Wall-E was kinda monotonous cos there was no dialogue at all, apart from the "Wall-E" and "Eva"..

Yes, if you haven't heard, Song Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin have been in Singapore to film 그들이 사는 세상 (The World They Live In/GeuDeulYi SaNeun SeSang) since the 1st.. But have left for Bintan earlier today.

So far, they were spotted at Chinatown, Raffles Place, Empress Place, Boat Quay and Clarke Quay etc.. Yesterday I heard they were going to Indochine at Empress Place so I chionged down hoping to see them since I had no fate with them on Fri cos they went out to sea.. To find out that they'd only be there at 2am?! (Apparently later than that) I was there gallivanting at like 11pm in the FRIGGIN RAIN! Grrr.

In the end, I walked around the circumference of the Singapore River, and gave up after I asked the waitress if she knew there was gonna be filming. And it so happened that the staff were not told of it cos it was top secret? Or perhaps they didn't even go in to film? I wasn't sure anw.. And I went back home after that.

Today, I finally got news that they'd be leaving on the 2pm ferry to Bintan and I zoomed down to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. Met Ailing there and realized the whole crew of about 30-40 people and their barang barang arrived earlier than me.. like 12.30pm? Lol. Unfortunately, H2 were in the lounge and hidden from the public eye. But I was in a position that spotted only Hye Kyo and I didn't realize Hyun Bin was on the other side.. Funny how they weren't sitting together and at separate ends with their managers/personnel. :|

Anw, in short, Hyun Bin is H-O-T. :^D

When he went out for a smoke and came in.. There was this instant when he had to turn in through the auto doors and I was blocking the auto doors while his manager was shielding his side to stop fans from taking his pictures and I was directly in front so I was not obstructed!! :D

I'D ERM. RUN ALL THE WAY TO THE NORTH POLE AND BRING BACK A POLAR BEAR TO SEE THAT AGAIN.

Cos I can't stop... 3:25 AM

It has been a pretty eventful week, I kinda chionged outings last week, lol.

Thurs was SJB's catching up day, and the 3 of us went to Vivo to spazz over mags and food at Kim Gary. Chiew and I then watched 21 which was pretty awesome, though I barely understood the Monty Hall Problem, it's really very cheem. LOL.

Fri was dinner with the Royals, it's been long since we last caught up with each other. I want chalet again!!!

Sat Mum dragged me to Vivo again and I found a nice parka-like jacket at Pull & Bear but there weren't sizes left :( So much for winter-clothes shopping. And I drove to and fro, getting stuck at the Vivo carpark trying to park in an awkward corner, HAHA.

Sun was lunch with Marche Gang. GOSH It's been ages since I last saw them too, we caught Get Smart which was lame-ish-ly hilarious. And Masi Oka was so adorable inside! As usual had the arguing sessions with Charlie with Bert and Bear just staring at us unable to mediate and salvage the situation. LOL. Ended up eating at Crystal Jade before sprouting a small little cake for Charz' birthday. HAHA. Soooo funny. I miss chatting sessions with Bear so much! :(

Mon night was SJB outing again before Bel started school on Tues. LOL. The cheese fondue was heavenly! At... that Billy Bomber's place thing at Bugis. I kinda forgot the name, heh. So anyway shopped around Bugis Village but sadly I didn't find my cap.

Yesterday was spent driving to East Coast Parkway for dinner and Mum insulting my driving skills by saying I was slow. XD Bleah. I was driving at almost 90km/h! Okay, maybe 80. But it's under the safe speed limit aye?! And then I got stuck at parking AGAIN because my prediction wasn't too good. Had to get out of the car and let Dad park instead. HAHA.

Unfortunately, it seems like I'm following in Kyu's foot steps and I really suck at parking as well. FOR NOW, if only I had the luxury to park in between 2 lots. ROFLOLMAO!

Oh Sunday night was spent chionging Hankyung's Behind the Story 背后的故事 as well. I dl-ed the raw vid at 1am and chionged subbing from 1-5am before sleeping and then continuing on Mon from like, 11am-3pm? 40mins worth of talk show = 860 lines. XD My fingers almost broke! Anw, you know where to find them, here, because I'm too lazy to individually link them, hah!

i'm running out of titles so that was the first title which came to my mind. oh my suju mail finally came today like after 98918298192819289 ~~days~~ seconds. but it sucks, waiting and all. and there's supposed to be another parcel coming in but i don't know where it is!!! :( i hope its not lost or anything :( sob. please please please appear asap.

so this DD thingy inside is really cool! its friggin small, like 4cmx6cm.fits in your pocket anytime :D or you can hang it on your neck! sorry for the LQ picture. Samsung does no justice to my DD! there's this display in the middle pic and you can even adjust the EQ to your preference.thank God there were English instructions inside on how to operate it. i was desperately thinking it was spoilt but instead i didnt even activate the batt properly.

and so i met Bel yesterday at Taka to sign up with RE. but sadly they dont have part time offers. but anyhow will be down at Robinsons tmr for a short 2 day stint... wont have time for my SJ vids! urgh. and then i'm currently chionging driving so its driving every morning like really bright and early with the humongous congestion at Ubi and the need for patience and magnificent clutch control. seriously, my left calf is like... so muscle-fied already. and thank goodness i managed to do directional change proper today. oh, hooray. :) serious enough to not think of Teukie. haha. but really i feel for him man. haha. they should have just installed an instructor's emergency brake for Kangin and then he wouldn't need to keep going "STOPSTOPSTOP" cos really when you're in full concentration you can hardly hear what the person beside you is saying. so yes, aduhso. :)

went to Kino after RE and got myself this SJ book from China. darn, it's double the price here. but oh well. its filled with tons of Chi words (and really pretty pictures) so, its a good time to brush up on my reading since now i'm like into Hangul and stuff. haha. then before that, i found the Don't Don Ver 1 (the one with Kangin's head) at CD Rama! :D yay. okay its for collecting. and they were having 10% off so double yay. and then surprise! the girl gave me a poster! like there's still stock!? whoa. haha so triple yay.

and with the new poster i lugged around the whole of Orchard, i'd like to say annyeongkaseyo to 小豬 who has been on my door for slightly more than a year already.

okay you cant exactly see the whole pic but you can get it from Sol Mart :) i tried the Banana one yest cos there was no more Melon. nevertheless, it rocked my socks. ♥

i'm gonna try another brand... yay for royals and ds lite! 5:00 PM

i went out to get my new baby yesterday!

so prettyyyyy! yay! the touch screen's really cool and i've got cooking mama already! brain age is really funny, there's this part you gotta speak the colour of the words into the mic, like Black as blue. imagine some idiot speaking into it in public. the console couldn't recognize some slangs though... it got kinda irritating esp when you have to speak like 40 of those kind of words into the mic which kept saying 'try again'. anyhow, im hooked onto cooking mama! i want the 2nd version! there's need for speed and much more! yay~ okay i shall learn to upload vids and music into it soon but damn i dont have the earphones. wahahah.

the crimson/black version's the latest colour so im happy i got it! the other colours didn't suit though the pink was pleasant to the eye! couldn't find metallic rose though, my 1st choice. but crimson/black's fierce man! just like my blades! speaking of which i haven't gotten a chance to blade since my last paper. sob!

okay time to update about Royals Chalet '07!

met them at white sands while we had to wait almost 1 hr for ken! but we went supermarket shopping! so fun! haha~ got tiger prawns and squid! and other essentials needed for the bbq. met ken and then cabbed down to downtown east. lol it was still pretty early and since there were 2 free Escape tix we went to Escape for some fun! haha the last time i was there was like in p6!? and i was still too short to sit the go-kart. haha...

anyhow we sat the ferris wheel and then on the flipper which was really fun and dizzy as well. haha. sat this family coaster as well. before the major fun rides coming from the daytona go-karting! sat the beginner's one twice. once drove myself and the other driven by ken. omg i almost fainted when i sat with ken la! so scary please. accelerating down a slope!? hahaha then we queued for the advanced one. going in 3s is good cos ppl usually go in pairs or quartets! and there's like 7 karts per round so usually there'll be 3 left? haha so the 3 of us (excl kh) kept 'jumping' queue. lol!

when it was almost 7 we headed back for the bbq and finally yx arrived! haha marinated the chicken wings in the toilet. yes but it was really clean ok, at the sink there. before waiting for kh and maggie to come back from the doc's.

then it began raining just as we were about to start the fire. in the end when everything was started and when kh and maggie came back it was already 930pm. hahah we were like the only ones bbq-ing then la. so funny. bbq-ed for 3 hrs + and had lots of laughted. laugh until stomach pain man... lol. then cleared up and went in to rest after that.

when i was showering these funny ppl started making so much noise outside for i dunno what la... haha kept asking me to hurry up. then when i came out yx said something very lame. 哦停電了. walao i got a shock la but i was thinking why the toilet light was still on. haha. then suddenly they sang this birthday song for me! awwww so sweet. lol the surprise was kinda spoilt cos they kept the cake in the fridge which i kept opening to get the drinks and food. lol. i thought wah. so generous buy cake to celebrate our chalet gathering or what. lol so funny. i was so shocked and 狼狽 la. haha hair was wet and i was still damp cos i was so scared they'd pound on the door cos i was just changing my clothes and these people kept asking me to hurry. haha...so funny.

but thank you royals! i loved the strawberry shortcake! :D *hearts*

after that ken wanted to open the bottle of Barcardi Breezer and cut her hand cos the bottle exploded when she slammed it against the stone table outside... :( and our first aid rep was inside the toilet showering during the whole commotion la. dear kh kept screaming 啊！血！血！while i was panicking and finding yx's first aid kit.. haha. pretty cool experience! banana i hope your hand's okay now! haha.

then later on we played mj on the bed cos there was no table available. got dad's old mj set which was about 20 years old. haha it was small and cute with a very funny yi shuo. lol kept laughing till stomach pain cos they say im windows vista. every time my turn the game will start to lag cos i take very long to think... haha...played 2 風 but it took so long... like 4 hrs? i think haha we slept at close to 4/5am! lol so fun but i was so tired man.

mishaps? 1:17 AM

well... the past week has been pretty amazing. ;) heh.

anyhow, the wonderfully proclaimed OotP was in fact A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. well, like this guy @ imdb said, if you're a sucker for the plot to follow gentle details from the book, then i suggest you shouldn't watch it with the impression that it'll follow the book to a T.

HAHAH. it was just released thurs so i shall not spoil it further. nvm! 23's going for the 'film appreciation' at Eng Wah during Learning Fest for another dosage of the lame kissing scenes and more dissing/complementing! HAHA. i was grumbling bout the small little details in the movie to Simino today and she seemed aggrieved that many impt parts went missing. oh well, 138 mins is super freaking short for a Potter film. it does unjust to the book! :( like they said, longest book, shortest film. hah! how ironical.

besides that, Learning Fest seems optimistic. 23's going to the zoo! :D yay. class excursion to the zoo. (a cheaper class outing alternative. lmao) i cant wait to go to the zoo la! mum wanted to bring me there in june (or the night safari or underwater world) but i knew it was never gonna happen with our clashing busy schedules. so yes, now's a fantastic opportunity to do so! :D and in the midst of relieving our childhood. we're gonna see how the zoo makes food for the animals! :D cool right! then we're gonna learn about the Rubik's cube thing and yeah some personality profiling course within the school.

though Potter #5 was a minor disaster, (im praying #6 would be improved, and hopefully the screenplay would be better...though by the same director) as quoted from wikipedia,

meeting up the royals for Potter was great though! :D managed to divert my attention from the misgivings of #5 (ok fine, it wasnt THAT bad). had sushi tei for dinner and crapped about all the random stuff again. lol! guess the next time we can meet will be after A's. with prelims looming around at week 9. omgosh!

friday the 13th was probably slightly unlucky cos i almost got hit by this falling huge seed from a tree. it was approx. 20cm in length, 8cm in width and 3cm in thickness (it was huge!) and then it fell from this tall tree of about 2 storeys high when i was walking to the other bus stop (near CHIJ Pri) whilst listening to my ipod. amazingly i turned behind to look for oncoming buses and then it dropped, and hit my arm. kinda made a cut there and smashed into 2 upon hittting the concrete pavement (quite a big impact la huh). :S imagine if i had walked straight instead of turning my body to look behind, i'd probably get hit right on the head and just collapse. HAH. it kinda caused searing pain but i just walked forward like nothing happened. and, there were people walking behind too. no altruism was shown in trying to warn me about the damn giganormous seed but oh well. at least im fortunate to be still live and kicking. there's an ugly scar on my arm now. bah, i hope it heals fast. :(

haha just simply sitting there listening to them talk can make me laugh inside.

lunch was at marche vivo today. haha. think i'll be going there again this fri with bear bert and charz. lol. nvm, salad was yummy!

had lotsa food. busted another 20+ bucks on food. like last night! $$$ i need the moolahs man. anyway, we had so much fun around the table ahha with maggie laughing at her own jokes and yx and B2 going about some friend of theirs and faking ah-lianism. =/

after that yx had her 1st personal photoshoot with 5 very noob models outside at the wading area there. haha my dumb shoes were giving me so much pain i just had to soak my feet la. so comfy! but the water there's flooded with leaves. other than that i was quite warm and nice. haha. and then we started taking pictures like tourists. haha.

later kh and maggie had to leave :(
so banana yx and i went walking around. went shopping at Page One and yx spent so long choosing notebooks. =/ poor feet had to suffer. i saw something which caught my eye! HEHE. hopefully the one i want should be arriving soon.

then after that the both of them dragged me to Dhoby Ghaut just to play the bball shooting machine (投籃機). dots la! haha. anyway we played Bishi Bashi once more! and ahaha i can say that im not the worse at it after all.

anyway, thanks banana for the swiss dark chocs! damn nice la.
ASM's gonna get me more right now! ahaha :) yay.
chocolates make me happy. esp dark chocs!

p.s i splurged on 2 threadless tees today! rawr. sinfulll. oh wells, been waiting forever for USD$10 sale!
p.p.s lame joke alert: why is there breadtalk & sweettalk but no coffee talk? i answered cos coffee cannot talk (ok i didnt really bother to think much haha very dumb i know) and the 4 of them shot me down, 'the rest can talk meh?'. well the answer is, cos got kopitiam already what. -.-
